PMI Project Management Professional – 5 Days
This five day course has been designed to provide a complete understanding of the PMI approach to project management for those people who will apply it to their projects. In doing so participants will be prepared for the PMP examination which can be taken at a later date. This course will involve a significant amount of evening work to maximise the practical work and consolidate the principles covered during the day.
To provide a complete and practical understanding of the PMI Body of Knowledge and the implications of applying it to projects of different types and sizes. This course will prepare participants for the PMI Project Management Professional examination which can be taken later.

This course is intended for Project Managers and Team Leaders working in any industry and wishing to become familiar with the PMI's approach to project management or intending to take the PMI/PMP examination.
Delegates are assumed to have a basic knowledge of project management techniques and principles . Note that to attempt the PMP examination, participants must meet either of the following criteria: Hold a baccalaureate or equivalent university degree and provide evidence of 4,500 hours of project work over the 3 - 6 years prior to this application. Hold a high school diploma or secondary school qualification and provide evidence of 7,500 hours of project work over the 5 - 8 years prior to this application
