Northbound traffic from A1
Take the A194 towards South Shields and then the A19 following the signs for the Tyne Tunnel. Go through the tunnel following the signs for A19 Morpeth and then signs for Silverlink. At the first roundabout take the third exit - at the next roundabout take the first left.
Southbound traffic
Take the A1 until north of Newcastle, exit to A19 Tynemouth. Go over two roundabouts and continue until you bisect the A1058 at a roundabout and take the first exit. At the next roundabout take the first left.
