This five-day programme will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the ‘Managing Successful Programmes’ (MSP) philosophy, and how it can be applied to live programmes. Participants will work through a case study illustrating the application of MSP techniques, or participate in workshops covering the appropriate application of the techniques to real programmes to reinforce learning. Participants wishing to take and pass the Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner examinations during the programme will be expected to complete additional guided study both in the mornings and evenings throughout the programme. All participants will receive joining instructions including suggestions for pre-course reading, the OGC publication ‘Managing Successful Programmes’ and printed courseware. All rates include the cost of registration for the examinations and the residential price includes four nights dinner, bed and breakfast.
