The implementation of PRINCE2: providing sound, practical advice on introducing the method into a range of different environments, always bearing in mind the need to keep bureaucracy to a minimum.
Skilled lecturers present all ITP Limited courses with extensive experience in the practical, 'real-world' application of PRINCE2 in the project environment, and the course includes Foundation paper examination preparation and coaching with the opportunity to tackle mock examination questions.

Who should attend?
The PRINCE2 Foundation course is intended for project support staff that require 'hands-on' experience of the PRINCE2 techniques, processes and components, to ensure consistency in the tools being used and the standardised layouts of reports – in short; centralization of support.
There are 2 hours of pre-course study.
3 days - with the PRINCE2 Foundation examination being held on the third day - and is presented via a schedule of monthly public dates and on an in-house basis.
ITP Limited PRINCE2 Training and associated services are accredited to UKAS standards by the APM Group.
Non-residential cost includes Foundation examination, PRINCE2 manual and pre-course reading, full course materials, lunch and light refreshments for the duration of the 3 day course. Residential rate available on request.
