The course is recommended for managers with full-time responsibility within a programme environment.
Delegates wishing to take and pass the MSP exams are advised that consolidation and preparation work will be required during each evening of the course.

• Establishing and Running a Programme
• Planning and Organisation
• Stakeholder Management
• Issue and Risk Management
• Configuration Management and Audit
• Closing a Programme
In addition, delegates will work through a case study illustrating the application of MSP techniques, or participate in workshops covering the appropriate application of the techniques to real programmes.
This is a five-day event including optional MSP Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner exams.
