Focused exam preparation
This workshop is intended for delegates who are familiar with the MSP programme management method. It provides an exam focused revision of the method and provides guidance and practice in the approach to be taken to achieve exam success. The course focuses on the Intermediate and Practitioner level qualifications.
Please note that delegates wishing to sit the Foundation level qualification must request this separately so that special arrangements may be made.

Course Objectives
The objectives of the workshop are to provide delegates with a review of the Managing Successful Programmes best practice framework. To prepare delegates for both the Intermediate and Practitioner level qualifications.#

This course will enable delegates to:
- Review their understanding of Programme Management and the MSP guidance.
- Understand how to improve their examination performance.
- Prepare for the intermediate and practitioner examinations.
- Take the MSP examinations.
Who will the course benefit?
Any experienced practitioner who wishes to achieve the formal MSP qualification administered by the Association for Project Management Group Ltd.
Prerequisites
It is expected that delegates will already have a thorough grounding in the method and hold the Foundation qualification.
Examination Details:
Foundation - the first qualification, 50 multiple choice questions to be answered in 40 minutes. This is a closed-book examination.
Intermediate - the 2nd qualification is 90 minutes long, with 20 minutes reading time before the exam. The exam is closed book, and no reference material is allowed. The Intermediate exam is designed to test the candidates knowledge of basic concepts and understanding of MSP
Practitioner - this is a case study question to test comprehension of the method, to be answered in 90 minutes. Paper based Reference material can be used during this part of the examination. Pre-reading material is issued at the time of the exam and candidates get 10 minutes reading time before the 90 minute exam begins.
