Course Content

The Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner examinations

Course Objectives

To provide delegates with the opportunity to sit the three APMG Programme Management Examinations. (Note delegates who have previously passed one or more of the exams are not required to resit them.)

What skills will the delegate gain?

This course will enable delegates to take the Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner examinations.

Who will the course benefit?

Programme Directors, Programme Managers and other Project and Programme Management staff who wish to gain the APMG Programme Management qualifications.

Prerequisites

Delegates must have a sound knowledge of the OGCs publication Managing Successful Programmes and be familiar with the APMG scenario for the Practitioner exam.

Examinations

The Foundation exam is a 45 minute multiple choice exam, while the Intermediate and Practitioner exams are both 90 minute written exams (essay-style).
