It is designed for Project Management professionals in any industry. It is appropriate for people working in the management of projects ranging from individual assignments through to large capital projects or company organisational changes.
Prerequisites
Delegates should have 2 years practical experience and knowledge in project management.
Examinations
The course has been designed to prepare delegates for the APM examinations. Please note that the examination is not held on the course. and should be booked separately - See the APMP Qualification Examination course
Additional Notes
The course has been designed to prepare delegates for the APM examinations. During the course presentations, discussions, exercises and sample examination papers are used to cover the syllabus. The course involves a small amount of evening work (between 1 and 2 hours) to ensure maximum understanding of the information presented during the day. The course finishes mid afternoon on the Friday.
Please note that the examination is not held on the course.
In between the course and the examination, delegates will need to spend time to revise thoroughly. If required a 1 day revision workshop can be booked separately - The APMP Qualification Revision Workshop and will be scheduled to run the day prior to the examination.
Examinations are held on the last Friday in each month to suit the delegate and should be booked separately - The APMP Qualification Examination
