Course Content

The course content for the first 3 days considers the various elements of PRINCE2™, with the 1-hour Foundation examination taking place on day 3. Work on days 4 and 5 will consolidate knowledge of PRINCE2™ and revision ready for the 3-hour scenario based Practitioner examination on day 5.
The successful completion of both Foundation and Practitioner examinations on this course provides the delegate with PRINCE2™ Practitioner status.

PRINCE2™ - PRojects IN Controlled Environments is a written description of how to manage a project in a logical, organised way, following defined steps.  It is a structured management process which emphasises the importance of an organised and controlled start, middle and end to a project.  PRINCE2™ is considered internationally as the best practice technique for Project Management.
Initially designed for use within the public sector, its phenomenal success has seen it increasingly being adopted by forward thinking private sector companies.  PRINCE 2 can be used for any type of project regardless of scope or size.
Who should attend?
