This course aims to provide delegates with a good understanding of the basic tools, techniques and principles of project management.
On completion of the course and examination, holders of the APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management will have demonstrated that they understand the project environment and know how to work with Project Managers in all types of organisation.

Training Style
The session will be interactive, combining presentation of information with opportunities for small group work to consolidate learning. Syndicate exercises will be used to provide an opportunity for tutor assessment of progress against learning objectives. Delegates will be able to sit a one-hour multiple choice examination.
