It is designed to support any organisation or individual requiring a controlled approach to managing their programmes. Ideally delegates should be programme managers, programme support office staff or senior project managers.

Pre-requisites:
Delegates attempting the practitioner certificate should be working in a programme environment but no prior knowledge of the MSP method will be required.
Course style:
Theory and practical case study work, delivered by a trainer who has practical experience of both project and programme management, will lead the delegate through the MSP framework and will work towards the final examinations using sample questions. Pre-course preparation material consisting of the MSP Manual, a CD-ROM and workbook ensures delegates are prepared for, and gain the maximum benefit from the workshop. It will be required of delegates to do evening work during the week that the course is taking place.
