It is suitable for anyone who requires a working knowledge of the PMI®'s approach to project management and is considering professional project management certification.

Background

This 5-day certification course takes participants through the phases of a project, using the PMI®'s process groups and integration framework. This highly interactive course will provide individuals with coaching and practice questions in order to prepare themselves for the specific requirements of the Project Management Professional® (PMP) exam or the Certified Associate in Project Management™ (CAPM) exam.
