The course uses a detailed case study which enables delegates to gain practical experience
of applying their knowledge.
The course is delivered in an entertaining and highly interactive manner with many real life
examples used to illustrate the subject. There is a high degree of delegate participation,
examination preparation and practice.
Pre-requisites
There are no formal entry requirements for the course or examination, but it is assumed that all delegates will have a basic knowledge of IT.
The Examination
The examination will last one hour and will consist of forty multiple-choice questions. The examination will be .closed book. (i.e. no notes or books will be allowed in to the examination room)
