Managing Successful Programmes' is a new structured framework for defining and implementing change within an organisation. The OGC's methodology includes organisation, processes, outputs and a way of thinking which focuses on the delivery of new capabilities and the realisation of benefits to a Sponsoring Group.
The APM Group - the trading arm of the Association for Project Management - offer a certification programme accredited by the OGC.
