This PRINCE2™ Combined Foundation & Practitioner course will provide you with the necessary skills to apply PRINCE2™ to a range of project types in both the IT and non IT business context:-

Course Objectives

To provide delegates with a complete and practical understanding of the PRINCE2™ project management method. To prepare delegates for both the Foundation and Practitioner Certificate examinations in PRINCE2™.

Who will the course benefit?

Staff who will undertake a PRINCE® role in a project, in particular Project Managers, Team Managers/Leaders, Project Assurance or Project Support roles. This course is also suitable for those who wish to undertake the examinations in PRINCE2™ administered by the APMG.
 
Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites other than a basic awareness of project work in the delegates own business environment.
 
Examinations

The examination scheme is administered by the Association for Project Management Group Ltd. The examinations consist of the Foundation examination, which is a one-hour, 75 questions, multi-choice paper and the Practitioners examination, which consists of three questions, based on a case study, lasting for three hours.
