The objectives of the course are to give the delegates a comprehensive understanding of the ‘Managing Successful Programmes’ (MSP) philosophy, and how it can be applied to live programmes and includes the MSP Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner exams.

Delegate Profile

The course is recommended for managers with full-time responsibility within a programme environment.

Delegates wishing to take and pass the MSP Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner exams are advised that consolidation and preparation work will be required during each evening of the course.

In addition, delegates will work through a case study illustrating the application of MSP techniques, or participate in workshops covering the appropriate application of the techniques to real programmes.
Trainer Profile

AFA MSP trainers have undergone the rigorous approvals process, administered by APMG on behalf of OGC. They have are practising programme managers with considerable experience in a wide range of industry sectors, and played a leading role during the writing of the MSP manual, and during its recent update.  The insights gained during that process have proved invaluable during development and upgrading of the AFA course material.

Duration

This is a five-day event including optional MSP Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner exams.
