Designed For
This workshop is designed for anyone with a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate that is between three and five years old and also for current Practitioners whose certification is more than 5 years old and must therefore re-qualify
Re-Registration
You may already be aware that your PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification lasts only five years. Your qualification can be extended for another five years by passing a one-hour re-registration exam paper.
However, there have been some significant changes over the last three years:
There is a new edition of the manual. Managing Successful Projects using PRINCE2 now has some important changes in the areas of Risk, Tolerances, Change Control and Communications, as well as a complete new Component Chapter on Business Case Management. The general view is that PRINCE2 is continuing to get better.
The Exam Board has issued more developed approaches to the Product-Based Planning techniques, sample papers and their solutions, as well as specific advice on the sort of answers that can command high marks.
