By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

-Understand how PRINCE2™ meets that requirement
-Apply the PRINCE2™ processes
-Prepare project plans with product based techniques
-Undertake risk analysis and management
-Prepare a Project Initiation Document
-Understand and apply techniques for the management of product development, quality control and change control
Who should attend ?
The event is recommended for practicing project managers who are responsible for managing projects using PRINCE2™, or considering using PRINCE2™ for their next project. Previous experience of PRINCE2™ is not necessary.
Course Details
The five day Event is accredited by the APMG and presented by an APM Group Accredited Training Providers for PRINCE2™.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites other than a basic awareness of project work in the delegates own business environment.
Pre-course study
Delegates will receive a pre-course reading pack which will include the PRINCE2™ manual and are requested to carry out approximately 15 hours pre-course reading prior to starting the course.
Examinations
The examinations consist of the Foundation examination, a 1-hour multiple-choice paper, and the 3-hour Practitioner examination which consists of 3 questions based on a case study.
Certification
Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of "Registered PRINCE2™ Practitioner". The certificate is an internationally recognized qualification in PRINCE2™.
