This course provides half of the syllabus content and training required for the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management.

Course Objectives
  • Opportunity to examine the business, management, technical and operational issues associated with each of the Service Support disciplines;
  • Chance to explore, using case studies, the issues when planning to implement the Service Support disciplines; 
  • Full preparation for candidates to sit the Service Support component of the examination for the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management.
Who Should Attend: 

IT Managers, Consultants, Managed Services suppliers and experienced development, support or operations practitioners, who make substantial technical and managerial decisions affecting the support and delivery of IT services, would all benefit from attending this course. 

Pre Requisites: 

Examination candidates should have been in IT for at least five years, have relevant experience and hold the ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
