Practical Project Planning is a 2-day, non-residential, generic course, which teaches techniques for effective planning and control of projects.

This course is designed for those who already have team motivation skills but need planning and control techniques.  This will include project managers who have no staff directly reporting to them and those where product development is or has been out sourced to 3rd party suppliers. Case Study work will be done using the tool MS Project.
