PRINCE2 is a project management method designed to be adaptable and scaleable for all types and size of projects. The method can be tailored to reflect the organisations existing standards and business.

This overview introduces the method and gives delegates a clear picture of the benefits of its use. It provides delegates with a guide on how PRINCE2 might be used to improve project success.
