In addition, delegates will work through a case study illustrating the application of M_o_R techniques, or participate in workshops covering the appropriate application of the techniques to real situations.
Trainer Profile
AFA trainers are approved by APMG, which administers M_o_R on behalf of OGC, and all have recent experience in management roles. The use of hybrid trainer-managers is of great benefit to delegates, because the trainer fully appreciates the reality of using a structured method. AFA represents the ATO (accredited training organisation) community on the M_o_R Exam Board.
Duration
This is a five-day event. Residential attendance is strongly advised as considerable evening preparation and consolidation work will be required of delegates who wish to pass the M_o_R exams.
