Who Should Attend
The course is suitable for project managers, project support and assurance staff, and managers from any discipline. The PRINCE2 method is flexible and adaptable for any type and size of project, and offers an excellent management foundation for any member of staff. The overall course has no pre-requisites, however completing the pre-course reading sent out when the course is booked, will greatly enhance your chances of success.
A sound understanding of project management is required. A significant amount of pre-course reading is required.
There are approximately 10 - 20 hours of pre-course study.
