Target Audience
Individuals who already hold the Managers Certificate in IT Service Management at an earlier ITIL version and who wish to obtain the ITIL Expert qualification in IT Service Management, thereby demonstrating their knowledge of ITILv3.

- Understand the concepts and principles embodies in ITILv3, focusing on those that are new to v3, and those that have significantly changed since earlier versions.
- Confidently take the ITIL Bridge Exam which forms part of the course.

ITIL Bridge Qualification: ITIL v1/v2 Managers to ITIL v3 Expert.
The examination consists of a complex multiple-choice, closed book paper of 20 questions to be answered within 90 minutes. The pass mark is 80%.
