Learning Objectives
Pre-Requisites
They must have attended the IT Service Support and IT Service Delivery Manager courses and have achieved an in course assessment of 50% or higher (note this assessment does not count towards marks for the examination).
Candidates need at least five years relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years at a management/supervisory level.
It is recommended that candidates attend a revision day approximately 1 week prior to the exam.

Course Summary
Examinations
The closed book exam consists of two three hour papers conducted over two consecutive days:
- Day 1 pm - Service Support
- Day 2 am - Service Delivery
Approximately 60% of questions are based on a case study which is provided 2 weeks prior to the exam.
Each paper has five questions totalling 20 marks each.
A pass requires a mark of at least 50% in both papers.
