ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis

The Higher Level ISEB qualifications are aimed at Specialists and Managers within specific areas who may be managing processes or people. The qualifications demonstrate a more holistic view of the components of the subject and the interactions between these components.  They are an important stepping stone to Chartered IT Professional status (CITP).

The higher certificates are built up by obtaining a selection of ISEB Practitioner level qualifications. Typically these individual components are from within the same discipline, but may include Foundation or Practitioner training qualifications from other areas as appropriate.

There is an oral exam which candidates will be eligible to sit once the appropriate modules have been completed.

The oral exams are expected to last for 45 minutes maximum and involve 2 examiners. The aim is to test the communication abilities of the candidate, and their ability to apply relevant knowledge to their own or simulated work environment.

This exam needs to be booked directly with the ISEB.

Successful completion of the 3 core training courses and one of four specialist modules listed below.  (Note that the associated exams may or may not be integrated with the course.)
