This section of Focus Certification Tracks is based on a topic area rather than a single accreditation authority.
There are 3 main groups of accredited training courses which support those implementing or managing to ISO20000 (the international successor of BS15000).
ITIL
The ITIL framework directly underpins much of ISO20000 and is recommended for managers and team members. Refer to the ITIL certification section.

EXIN – ISO20000
The 3 day EXIN Foundation course has been the entry point for many into IT Service Quality Management. EXIN has now launched a higher level course, Service Quality Management Advanced.
itSMF – Auditor and Consultant qualifications
As well as helping to develop the standard, itSMF developed and manages the formal Certification Scheme under which audits against BS 15000 are performed. itSMF accredits 2 training courses for ISO20000 lead implementers and auditors.
