Course: ITIL Manager - v2-v3 Bridge - 5 days
Course Summary
This course provides delegates who are ITILv1 or ITILv2 manager's qualified (Red Badge) with advanced training in the concepts and principles embodied in ITILv3.
The course will focus on the areas that are new the previous ITIL Service Management syllabuses, and those that have significantly changed since earlier versions.
Students need to bring to the course proof of their Manager's Certificate qualification for a previous version of ITIL. Inability to provide this proof may mean you are unable to join the course and certainly means you will be unable to sit the exam. This is a requirement of the ITIL examination institutes.

Prior to the course we expect students to spend time reviewing their ITIL V1 or V2 knowledge. We strongly recommend that you have access to the five core publications describing the Service Lifecycle. Whilst reading all of the publications may prove difficult we would suggest that efforts may be concentrated on the areas least covered in V1 and V2 education i.e. Service Strategy and Continual Service Improvement.
The volume of information covered on the course means we expect delegates to spend approximately 1-2 hours each evening in self-study.
