PRINCE2 Conversion - 2 Days

The event is designed for project managers who have attended the PRINCE2 Foundation event and now want to gain the Practitioners' certificate.

The event is also appropriate for those people who have attended a Practitioner course but did not pass the Practitioners' exam and therefore would like to re-sit it.

Delegates must have sat and passed the Foundation exam in order to attend this course.

• To pass the Practitioner Exam
• To receive an internationally recognised certificate from the APMG which will increase your employability

This course is intended for delegates who have passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam and wish to gain the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification

It provides an exam focused revision of the method, and provides guidance and practice in the approach to be taken to achieve exam success. The PRINCE2 Practitioner examination is included in the course

This course will build on your knowledge of the structure and content of PRINCE2 and tunes this knowledge into an understanding of the practical application of the method. Time will be given to assessing risks within the project, planning techniques and how to ensure a quality approach runs throughout the project.

Delegates will sit the PRINCE2 Practitioner on the last day of the course.

This is an objective testing multiple choice exam paper. It is an open-book examination where by the PRINCE2 Manual is allowed in the exam.

The exam papers are sent back to the examiners for marking and you will be informed of your result by the training provider within 4-8 weeks. Your certificate will then follow.

Format:

• 9 questions, with a scenario background and appendices.
• Each of the 9 questions is worth 40 marks.
• An overall score of 180 out of a possible 360 is required to pass
• Three hour duration
