NEW! The MSP courses are in three tiers:

• MSP Foundation
  An overview of Programme management and the MSP approach.  There are 2, 3 and 4 day course options available.  On the final day delegates can take the MSP Foundation exam.
  
• MSP Practitioner
  This training course provides a comprehensive understanding of the MSP framework including "Principles", "Governance Themes" and "Organisational Flow".  The essay based exam previously used at this certification level has been replaced by a complex multiple choice exam. This course is often combined with the MSP Foundation into a 5 day event. 
  
• MSP Advanced Practitioner
  This qualification identifies programme managers who understand how to apply MSP to practical business situations 

ISEB Programme & Project Support Office
Courses accredited by the British Computer Society and which provide valuable guidance on establishing and running support activities for programme and project management 

• Essentials
  Provides an understanding of the PPSO including risk management, business case techniques, configuration and quality management
  
• Advanced
  Successful delegates should be able to justify, design and establish the PPSO.
