Course Summary

PRINCE2™ Overview is a 1-day, non-residential, introductory course suitable for staff that do not require in-depth knowledge, or as a starter course for new project managers who are not ready for 'full blown' PRINCE2™.

Course Outline

In this course you will understand how PRINCE2™ provides the controlled environment for managing projects working from a project's controlled start to its controlled close.
 
There will be opportunities to discuss the purpose and nature of the 8 controls that PRINCE2™ builds into the project 'Contract' (Project Initiation Document) and you will explore the relevance of PRINCE2™ to your own projects.
