Course Summary
This accredited 5-day PRINCE2 training course will provide you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2™ project management method to a level where you can use it to manage your projects and to pass the internationally recognized PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner examinations (Included in the course).
Previous experience of PRINCE2™ is not necessary, but a basic awareness of project work in your own business environment or a general understanding of project management will be of benefit.
The Course fee includes pre-course reading pack, PRINCE2™ manual, registration, PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner examinations (Total value over £250).
Earn 59 PMI PDU credits by taking this PRINCE2 course.
This course is delivered by an accredited PRINCE2™ training organisation.
Course Outline
-Understand how PRINCE2™ meets that requirement
-Apply the PRINCE2™ processes
-Prepare project plans with product based techniques
-Undertake risk analysis and management
-Prepare a Project Initiation Document
-Understand and apply techniques for the management of product development, quality control and change control
Who should attend ?
The event is recommended for practicing project managers who are responsible for managing projects using PRINCE2™, or considering using PRINCE2™ for their next project. Previous experience of PRINCE2™ is not necessary.
The five day training course is accredited by the APMG and presented by an APM Group Accredited Training Providers for PRINCE2™
There are no prerequisites other than a basic awareness of project work in the delegates own business environment
You will receive pre-course material requiring up to 20 hours of study. There will also be daily homework of approximately 1 hour.
Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of "Registered PRINCE2™ Practitioner". The certificate is an internationally recognized qualification in PRINCE2™.
Attendees will learn a structured approach to project management and successful delegates will receive an internationally recognized certificate from APMG which will increase their employability
