Course: PRINCE2 Re-Registration Refresher & Exam Workshop - 2 or 3 days

You may already be aware that your PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification lasts only five years. Your qualification can be extended for another five years by passing a one-hour re-registration exam paper.

However, there have been some significant changes over the last three years:

There is a new edition of the manual. Managing Successful Projects using PRINCE2 now has some important changes in the areas of Risk, Tolerances, Change Control and Communications, as well as a complete new Component Chapter on Business Case Management. The general view is that PRINCE2 is continuing to get better.

The Exam Board has issued more developed approaches to the Product-Based Planning techniques, sample papers and their solutions, as well as specific advice on the sort of answers that can command high marks.

Our delegate materials are richer and deeper. This has been driven in part by our value of Excellence and Creativity, but also from our delegates’ feedback. We have learned lessons on how to be even more effective in coaching you. For example, we now introduce a practical ‘floor mapping’ exercise that helps learners of different styles, grasp the interconnections within PRINCE2. Also we have a richer set of example documents.
