This accredited 5-day PRINCE2 training course will provide you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2™ project management method to a level where you can use it to manage your projects and to pass the internationally recognized PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner examinations (Included in the course)
Previous experience of PRINCE2™ is not necessary, but a basic awareness of project work in your own business environment or a general understanding of project management will be of benefit

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

-Apply the PRINCE2™ processes
-Prepare project plans with product based techniques
-Undertake risk analysis and management
-Prepare a Project Initiation Document
-Understand and apply techniques for the management of product development, quality control and change control

Who should attend ?
The event is recommended for practicing project managers who are responsible for managing projects using PRINCE2™, or considering using PRINCE2™ for their next project. Previous experience of PRINCE2™ is not necessary.
Course Details
The five day PRINCE2 course is accredited by the APMG and presented by an APM Group Accredited Training Provider for PRINCE2™
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites other than a basic awareness of project work in the delegates own business environment.
Pre-course study
Delegates will receive a pre-course reading pack which includes the PRINCE2 manual and are asked to carry out about 15-20hours reading prior to starting the course.
Examinations
The examinations consist of the Foundation examination, a 1-hour multiple-choice paper, and the 3-hour Practitioner examination which consists of 9 questions with a scenario and appendices. Each question is worth 40 marks. (Total 360 marks available). Tpo pass the Prince2 Objective Style Testing exam, candidates require 180 correct answers from

Certification
Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of "Registered PRINCE2™ Practitioner". The certificate is an internationally recognized qualification in PRINCE2™.
