This course provides Delegates with a broad introduction to the concepts of Project Management.

It will clarify the definition of a project and identify the core principles of Project Management.

The structure follows a typical project lifecycle, from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover & Closeout.

It follows the APM syllabus and focuses on preparing Delegates to use Project Management best practices back in the work environment

·   Define a ‘Project’, ‘Project Management’ and success factors
·   Correctly identify the different roles required in a project
·   Recognize the purpose and ownership of project documentation
·   Prepare for the APM Introductory Certificate Exam

·   2 day Course
·   Course runs 9am – 5:30pm with a break for lunch
·   1 hour, 60 question multiple-choice exam is taken at the end of the second day
